Description

This Prosciutto Wrapped Fig showcases irresistible flavor with simple prep. Perfect for gatherings, it combines sweet figs, savory prosciutto, and creamy gorgonzola for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 6 large figs, cut in half
  • 6 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
  • 4 tablespoons gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the figs, remove the stems, and slice them in half.
  2. Lay the fig halves cut side up on a flat surface or cutting board. Top each fig with about 1/2 tablespoon of Gorgonzola cheese.
