Description

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chopped seedless watermelon
  • 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • flaky sea salt
  • freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine the chopped watermelon, crumbled feta, basil, and mint.
