- 1 cup Grapes (Halved)
- 1/2 cup Pecan Halves (Roughly Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (Whipped)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, and lemon juice, tossing well.
- Add diced celery, halved grapes, and roughly chopped pecans to the bowl and mix.
- In another bowl, whip the cream until peaks form, then gently fold in mayonnaise until combined.
- Fold the apple mixture into the whipped cream, seasoning with salt, and taste for adjustments.
- Chill the salad for at least one hour or overnight for best flavor.
Notes
For added sweetness, use sweeter apple varieties like Fuji or Honeycrisp.
The salad can be made a day in advance; the flavors meld beautifully when chilled overnight.
