Description

This Snicker Apple Salad is a fantastic blend of creamy, crunchy, and sweet flavors. It’s simple to prepare with cream cheese, Cool Whip, and juicy Granny Smith apples, making it a perfect dish for potlucks or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
  • 2 granny smith apples, chopped
  • 1 (9.7 oz) snickers mini-sizes candy bars, halved

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Core and chop the Granny Smith apples and add them to the mixture, folding in carefully.
  4. Unwrap and slice each mini Snickers bar in half, then gently fold them into the salad.
  5. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

For a crunchier texture, add chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts to the salad.
Make it a day ahead for the flavors to meld, but add the Snickers right before serving to keep them fresh.
Can substitute other apple varieties to match your taste preference.
