- 12 oz fresh green beans trimmed
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat
- optional garnish: fresh parsley or grated parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, combine halved potatoes, green beans, and sliced sausage with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Spread the mixture evenly across the baking sheet in a single layer for even roasting.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until potatoes are golden and tender, and green beans are slightly crispy.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or a sprinkle of Parmesan if desired.
