Description

These roasted carrots are not only simple to make but are bursting with flavor thanks to spices like garlic and paprika. A perfect addition to any meal or a healthy side dish!


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots (peeled and sliced on a bias into ⅓-inch thick slices)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
