Description

Experience the refreshing blend of mint, pineapple, and coconut in this Pineapple Coconut Mojito. With easy preparation and rich tropical flavors, it’s a perfect cocktail for celebrations or a relaxing day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ice
  • 2 ounces rum
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce coconut milk
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • club soda

Instructions

  1. Add mint leaves and brown sugar to a cocktail shaker and muddle to release mint oils.
  2. Fill the shaker halfway with ice and pour in the rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and lime juice.
  3. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until chilled and mixed well.
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass over fresh ice and top with club soda. Garnish if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, adjust the brown sugar to taste.
Feel free to add more mint leaves for stronger flavor.
