Description

Pico de Gallo is a delicious and fresh salsa made with ripe tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. This easy recipe is perfect for enhancing your homemade tacos or enjoying with chips, making it a must-have for any gathering!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound roma tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ freshly ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the roma tomatoes and remove the seeds and pulp from the center.
  2. Next, finely chop the red onion and fresh cilantro.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or serve immediately.

Notes
