Instructions
- Combine the yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl and mix until you achieve a smooth, fluffy consistency.
- Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan and sprinkle the mini chocolate chips and flaky salt on top.
- Place the pan in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3 hours.
- After freezing, remove the mixture from the freezer and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
Make sure to line the loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
You can substitute maple syrup with honey for a different flavor.
