Description

These Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bites bring a delightful blend of creamy peanut butter and tangy yogurt, perfect for a quick dessert. With only a few ingredients and easy preparation, they make a healthy snack or dessert that everyone will enjoy!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Skyr yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl and mix until you achieve a smooth, fluffy consistency.
  2. Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan and sprinkle the mini chocolate chips and flaky salt on top.
  3. Place the pan in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3 hours.
  4. After freezing, remove the mixture from the freezer and slice it into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Make sure to line the loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
You can substitute maple syrup with honey for a different flavor.
