This Peach Cobbler features fresh peach slices and a sweet, buttery topping, making it an irresistible dessert that’s easy to prepare and great for any occasion.

- 4 cups fresh peach slices peeled
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a medium saucepan, combine peach slices, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until the sugar melts and the mixture is warm.
- Pour the melted butter into the bottom of the prepared baking dish without stirring.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, 1 cup granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth. Pour this mixture into the baking dish over the butter without stirring.
- Gently spoon the peach mixture over the batter, ensuring even spacing and allowing some juice to pour in. Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake for 38–42 minutes until the top is golden and the edges are bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra richness.
This dessert is best enjoyed warm, but it stores well in the fridge for a few days.
Feel free to substitute fresh peaches with canned peaches for convenience.
