Instructions

Lay parchment paper on the counter and set out the Oreos.
Place chocolate chips in a bowl and melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Dunk one side of an Oreo in the melted chocolate and set it on the parchment paper.
Place an unwrapped Kiss in the center of the Oreo and sprinkle Halloween sprinkles over the remaining wet chocolate, covering the rim.
