Description

This Orange Creamsicle Pie is a fun and refreshing dessert featuring a dreamy orange yogurt filling combined with juicy mandarin oranges—all nestled in a graham cracker crust. It’s simple to make, requires no baking, and is absolutely delightful for gatherings or sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges, 1 can drained, juice reserved
  • 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
  • 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt, 2 containers
  • 8 ounces whipped cream, plus more for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
  2. After chilling, whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust. Top with dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
  4. Refrigerate the pie for about 4 hours until set. For a frozen treat, freeze for 2 hours.

Notes

You can substitute the mandarin oranges with other citrus fruits if preferred.
To make the pie even creamier, add an extra layer of whipped cream on top before serving.
