- 1 graham cracker crust
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges, 1 can drained, juice reserved
- 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
- 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt, 2 containers
- 8 ounces whipped cream, plus more for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
- After chilling, whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust. Top with dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
- Refrigerate the pie for about 4 hours until set. For a frozen treat, freeze for 2 hours.
Notes
You can substitute the mandarin oranges with other citrus fruits if preferred.
To make the pie even creamier, add an extra layer of whipped cream on top before serving.
