Description

This No Bake Pineapple Pie offers a delightful blend of cream cheese, rich whipped cream, and juicy crushed pineapple, all in a delectable graham cracker crust. Perfect for gatherings or a simple family dessert!


Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust ((store-bought or homemade))
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces whipped cream ((such as Cool Whip))
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture. Reserve two tablespoons of crushed pineapple for later.
  3. Incorporate the rest of the crushed pineapple into the whipped cream mixture gently until well combined.
