Description

These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bars are a delightful treat that offers a blend of rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter, perfect for easy snacks or desserts. Made with simple ingredients, they are quick to prepare and guarantee a satisfying experience for all.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2/3 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats and chocolate chips.
  2. In a saucepan, mix peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil over low heat. Stir until fully melted.
  3. Take the saucepan off the heat and pour the mixture into the oats and chocolate chips.
  4. Mix thoroughly until well combined and the chocolate has melted.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined 9 x 9 pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then cut into bars.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
