Description

These Mint Oreo Truffles are a delightful treat, combining the rich flavors of mint Oreos and creamy almond bark. Perfect for easy desserts, they offer a simple prep with no baking required!


Ingredients

  • 1 (18.71 ounce) package mint oreos about 36 cookies
  • 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
  • 1 pound almond bark
  • 1/3 cup green candy melts optional

Instructions

  1. Pulse the Mint Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture, roll into balls, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
  5. Melt the almond bark according to package instructions until it is smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted almond bark, letting excess coating drip off before placing back on the baking sheet.
  7. If desired, melt the green candy melts and drizzle them over the truffles after coating.
  8. Let the coating set completely before serving or storing.

Notes

Using softened cream cheese helps achieve a smooth mixture.
Ensure truffles are well-chilled before dipping to maintain their shape.
