- 1 (18.71 ounce) package mint oreos about 36 cookies
- 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
- 1 pound almond bark
- 1/3 cup green candy melts optional
Instructions
- Pulse the Mint Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a large bowl, blend the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture, roll into balls, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt the almond bark according to package instructions until it is smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted almond bark, letting excess coating drip off before placing back on the baking sheet.
- If desired, melt the green candy melts and drizzle them over the truffles after coating.
- Let the coating set completely before serving or storing.
