Description

Savor the flavors of Lobster Tail in Irresistible Garlic Butter. This delightful dish combines succulent lobster with rich butter and zesty seasonings, making it an easy, gourmet meal for any occasion. Perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself to a delicious dinner!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tails lobster tails 4–6 oz each, thawed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter european-style for extra richness
  • 1 tsp garlic powder burn-resistant flavor
  • 0.5 tsp paprika for color
  • 0.5 tsp cajun seasoning low-sodium blend recommended
  • 2 wedges lemon warm before squeezing for maximum yield
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped finely for garnish

Instructions

  • Prep the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell lengthwise with kitchen shears, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently lift the meat while keeping it attached at the base, resting it on the split shell. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once foamy, whisk in garlic powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Sear the lobster tails flesh-side down in the seasoned butter for 2 minutes, basting the tops with butter as they cook.
  • Flip the tails and cook shell-side down for 1–2 minutes until the meat is firm yet springs back when touched.
  • Squeeze the lemon wedges over the lobster tails in the pan.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately drizzled with the pan sauce.

Notes

Using kitchen shears makes it easier to cut the shells without damaging the meat.
For added flavor, let the lobster tails marinate in the butter mixture for an hour before cooking.
