- 2 wedges lemon warm before squeezing for maximum yield

Instructions
- Prep the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell lengthwise with kitchen shears, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently lift the meat while keeping it attached at the base, resting it on the split shell. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once foamy, whisk in garlic powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
- Sear the lobster tails flesh-side down in the seasoned butter for 2 minutes, basting the tops with butter as they cook.
- Flip the tails and cook shell-side down for 1–2 minutes until the meat is firm yet springs back when touched.
- Squeeze the lemon wedges over the lobster tails in the pan.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately drizzled with the pan sauce.
