This Kale Fruit Smoothie offers an irresistible blend of flavor and health. Packed with almond milk, kale, and a medley of frozen fruits, it’s perfect for a quick meal replacement or a nutritious snack anytime.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberry, etc.)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk and frozen fruit.
  2. Add the frozen banana and kale to the blender.
  3. Include the protein powder, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
