This cold brew coffee offers a smooth and flavorful taste that coffee lovers will adore. With just two key ingredients and simple prep, it’s the perfect homemade drink for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee (80g)
  • 4 cups cold filtered water (900ml)

Instructions

  1. In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee and cold filtered water.
  2. Stir gently to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated with water.
  3. Cover the jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours, depending on your taste preference.
  4. After steeping, use a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter to strain the coffee into another jar or pitcher, discarding the grounds.
  5. Serve over ice, diluted with water or milk to taste, and enjoy your refreshing cold brew coffee.

Notes

Adjust the coffee-to-water ratio to suit your taste preference.
Cold brew coffee can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
