- 4 cups milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Start by rinsing the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a blender, combine the rinsed rice, milk, cinnamon, and sugar, blending until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
- Stir in vanilla extract and chill in the refrigerator if you prefer it iced (or warm it on the stove for a hot latte).
- Serve over ice or enjoy it warm!
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.
