Description

Experience the delightful blend of flavors in these High Protein Cheesecake Jars. Combining cottage cheese and skyr yogurt, this easy recipe provides a healthy dessert option that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 graham cracker sheets, crushed
  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain skyr yogurt, or full-fat greek
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Fresh fruit
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Nut Butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla bean paste in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  2. To prepare the jars, layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom of two jars, followed by evenly distributing the cheesecake filling on top.
  3. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  4. Serve the jars plain or with your favorite cheesecake toppings.

Notes

These cheesecake jars can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preference, such as berries or nuts.
