- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard or sriracha for spice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 brioche buns or ciabatta rolls
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves or arugula
- 8 slices crispy bacon
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- Dill pickles
- Hot honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Make the garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and seasonings in a small bowl, then cover and set aside.
- Prepare the chicken by drying it with paper towels, preheating the grill, and seasoning the chicken breasts with oil and spices.
- Grill the chicken for 4-7 minutes per side until cooked through; let rest before assembling.
- Slice and lightly toast brioche buns on the grill while the chicken rests.
- Spread garlic aioli on the bottom half of each toasted bun and add grilled chicken breast on top.
- Layer avocado slices, tomato slices, and lettuce on each sandwich; add crispy bacon and pickles if desired.
- Drizzle with hot honey to taste before topping with the other bun.
- Serve immediately while warm.
