Description

These grilled chicken breasts are juicy and flavorful, featuring a simple marinade of olive oil, vinegar, and spices. Perfect for a quick and healthy dinner!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅓ cup olive oil or vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl or bag and add chicken, coating well.
  2. Refrigerate the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
  4. Take the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and discard the leftover marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 7 to 8 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Rest the cooked chicken for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
Try using fresh herbs for a unique twist on the flavor.
Ensure the grill is really hot before placing the chicken to get a nice sear.
