Description

This Green Goddess Dressing brings a burst of flavor to your meals with fresh herbs and creamy texture. With simple ingredients like sour cream and mayo, it’s a quick and easy addition to salads or veggies, making healthy eating delightful.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor bowl.
  2. Process on high until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as preferred.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for at least one hour before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for several days.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
The dressing can be customized with your favorite herbs or spices to suit your taste.
