Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to about ½ to ¾ inch thickness if they are thick or slice large breasts in half horizontally.
- Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place flour in a shallow bowl and dredge the chicken lightly, shaking off excess flour.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown but not fully cooked. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
