Description

Savor the layers of flavor in this Easy Boursin Bruschetta Dip. With creamy cheese, fresh tomatoes, and fragrant basil, it’s an effortless appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packages Boursin (5.3 oz each)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped de-seeded tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • balsamic reduction
  • crackers or crostini

Instructions

  1. Allow the Boursin cheese to soften for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread the softened Boursin cheese evenly in an 8-9 inch shallow serving dish.
  4. Top the Boursin with the bruschetta mixture, leaving the juices behind.
  5. Drizzle balsamic reduction over the dip and garnish with extra basil. Serve with crackers or crostini.

Notes

Let Boursin cheese soften to achieve the best texture for spreading.
Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic based on your taste preference.
