Description

This Dumpling Sauce offers an irresistible flavor profile with key ingredients like soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. It’s quick to make and enhances your favorite dumplings or rice, making it an essential recipe for any meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 green onion (finely minced)
  • 2 tablespoons water (more if desired)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or a jar with a lid, combine all ingredients except the water and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach the desired flavor.
  3. Serve with dumplings or drizzle over rice.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
Store unused sauce in the refrigerator for up to a week.
This sauce can also be used as a marinade for grilled meats.
