Description

This Dole Whip is a delightful treat that brings the flavor of pineapple to your home. With easy prep and just a few ingredients, it’s perfect for enjoying on a warm day or as a refreshing dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. For a beautiful swirl, transfer the blended mixture to a piping bag fitted with a 1M or star tip and pipe into a glass.
  3. To create a Dole Whip Float, pour the blended mixture into a tall glass, add 2 ounces of pineapple juice on top, and garnish with a cherry.
  4. For a Boozy Dole Whip Float, blend in 1 ounce of rum along with an extra 2 ounces of pineapple juice. Serve topped with a cherry.

Notes

Use fresh pineapple for a more intense flavor.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by using more or less pineapple juice.
