Description

This Cottage Cheese Ice Cream brings together irresistible flavors of strawberries and bananas, made creamy with cottage cheese and sweetened with honey. It’s an easy homemade treat that you can enjoy right away or save for later, perfect for a quick dessert that everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 cups frozen banana slices
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  2. For strawberry flavor, add 3 cups frozen strawberries, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to the food processor. Blend until creamy, 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. For banana flavor, add 3 cups frozen banana slices, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Blend until creamy, 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 1 month. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
Feel free to mix in other fruits or flavors for variety.
