- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons multi-colored nonpareils
- 3 tablespoons colored sprinkles
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1–2 drops red food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon heavy cream (optional)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pulse circus animal cookies in a food processor until they form a mix of crumbs and small pieces, reserving 1/2 cup.
- In a large pot, melt the butter and mini marshmallows over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from the heat and fold in rice krispies, cookie crumbles, and 2 tablespoons of each sprinkle type.
- Gently press the mixture into the prepared pan using a greased silicone spatula.
- Top the treats with the reserved cookie pieces.
- Melt white chocolate chips in two separate microwave-safe bowls for 30 seconds each.
- Drizzle plain white chocolate over the treats using a sandwich bag with the corner cut off.
- Add red food coloring to the second bowl, stirring to create pink chocolate, and drizzle it over in the opposite direction.
- Sprinkle remaining multi-colored nonpareils and let cool until set.
Notes
For a more colorful treat, use a variety of sprinkles.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Feel free to mix in other candies or cookies for extra flavor.
