- 5 peaches (pitted, peeled & sliced)
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 package pillsbury cinnamon roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9-inch square pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, add the sliced peaches and pour in the water.
- Sprinkle the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg over the peaches. Stir occasionally over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into fourths and evenly distribute the pieces over the top of the peaches.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
- Once baked, drizzle the icing that comes with the cinnamon roll package over the cobbler.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the peaches.
For a fun twist, add blueberries or raspberries along with the peaches.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
