Description

Enjoy the delightful flavors of this Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler. With tender peaches and gooey cinnamon rolls, it’s an easy, comforting dessert ideal for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 5 peaches (pitted, peeled & sliced)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 package pillsbury cinnamon roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9-inch square pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, add the sliced peaches and pour in the water.
  3. Sprinkle the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg over the peaches. Stir occasionally over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Cut each cinnamon roll into fourths and evenly distribute the pieces over the top of the peaches.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
  8. Once baked, drizzle the icing that comes with the cinnamon roll package over the cobbler.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the peaches.
For a fun twist, add blueberries or raspberries along with the peaches.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
