Description

These Cheeseburger Sliders are bursting with flavor and are perfect for any gathering. With tender ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and soft Hawaiian rolls, they make a tasty, easy-to-prep appetizer that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 large yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Once browned, drain excess grease and return the meat to the pan.
  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and diced onion to the meat mixture. Cook until the onion softens.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and set the bottom layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly across the rolls.
  5. Place slices of cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
  6. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the insides of the top rolls.
  7. Bake the sliders at 350°F for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the tops begin to toast.
  8. Combine melted butter with everything bagel seasoning and brush it generously over the top of the warm rolls.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider adding jalapeños to the beef mixture.
You can use turkey or chicken instead of ground beef for a lighter option.
These sliders can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
