Description

This Boat Dip features a delightful blend of sour cream, shredded cheese, and zesty Rotel. Perfect for snacks, it’s quick to prepare and a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 24 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 10 oz can rotel with chiles
  • Optional: Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese for more protein

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sour cream with taco seasoning and ranch seasoning.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheese and drained Rotel along with a pinch of salt.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour, if desired, and serve with chips or veggies.

Notes
