Description

Experience the delightful flavors of these Blueberry Mojitos. With fresh blueberries, mint, and lime, this easy-to-make drink is perfect for summer gatherings and will impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • 8 blueberries
  • ½ lime cut into 2 wedges
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • fluid ounces white rum
  • ½ fluid ounce simple syrup
  • large handful fresh ice or crushed ice
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda to taste
  • 3 blueberries for garnish, optional
  • 3 fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Muddle the blueberries, lime wedges, and mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass until the blueberries are broken up and the lime juice is released.
  2. Add the white rum, simple syrup, and club soda, stirring well to combine.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and adjust the amount of soda to taste.
  4. Garnish with additional blueberries and mint leaves if desired.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, add more simple syrup according to your taste.
