Description

This Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla features a delightful combination of creamy cinnamon cream cheese and fresh blueberries, all wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a sweet snack, it’s both simple to make and irresistibly tasty.


Ingredients

  • 1 burrito size flour tortilla
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened
  • cinnamon & sugar, optional

Instructions

  1. Spread the cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle the blueberries over half of the tortilla, then fold the other side over and press down lightly.
  3. Spread 1/2 tbsp of softened butter on one outside of the quesadilla, flip it, and spread the remaining 1/2 tbsp butter on the other side. Optionally, generously sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the buttered sides.
  4. Place the quesadilla on a skillet over medium heat and grill each side until golden brown.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of blueberries based on your preference.
For a sweeter touch, increase the amount of cinnamon and sugar on the buttered sides.
