This Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla features a delightful combination of creamy cinnamon cream cheese and fresh blueberries, all wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a sweet snack, it’s both simple to make and irresistibly tasty.

- 1 burrito size flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- cinnamon & sugar, optional
Instructions
- Spread the cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle the blueberries over half of the tortilla, then fold the other side over and press down lightly.
- Spread 1/2 tbsp of softened butter on one outside of the quesadilla, flip it, and spread the remaining 1/2 tbsp butter on the other side. Optionally, generously sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the buttered sides.
- Place the quesadilla on a skillet over medium heat and grill each side until golden brown.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of blueberries based on your preference.
For a sweeter touch, increase the amount of cinnamon and sugar on the buttered sides.
