Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
- Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces. Season the chicken with sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sriracha, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once hot, arrange the chicken bites in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and continue cooking for 4-5 more minutes until fully cooked.
