Description

This Banana Split Fluff Salad combines irresistible flavors and simple ingredients for a delightful dish. Perfect for gatherings, it features cool whip, cherry pie filling, and sliced bananas, making it an easy and tasty addition to any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cool whip
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mini-marshmallows
  • 1 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 bananas, peeled & sliced
  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips
  • 12 tbsp chocolate syrup, optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Cool Whip, cherry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, and sour cream until well mixed.
  2. Just before serving, gently fold in mini-marshmallows, drained pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, chopped peanuts, drained maraschino cherries, and mini-chocolate chips.
  3. Optionally, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk.
For added crunch, use different nuts like walnuts or almonds.
This salad is best served fresh but can be refrigerated for a few hours.
