- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into small cubes
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar light or dark
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Splash of bourbon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly butter a small baking dish that can snugly hold the peaches.
- Arrange the peach halves cut-side up in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt, then sprinkle evenly over the peaches.
