These Baileys Chocolate Truffles are a delightful no-bake treat, featuring a luscious blend of creamy Irish cream and rich cocoa. Perfect for quick desserts or gift giving, they are easy to make and irresistible in flavor.

- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large Ziploc bag using a rolling pin, or blend them in a food processor until they become crumbs.
- Put the crumbs into a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys until well combined.
- Use your hands to mix everything thoroughly.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- After chilling, shape the mixture into balls the size of a glass marble.
- Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles and place in paper cases.
- Keep the truffles chilled in the refrigerator until serving.
Notes
Make sure to use a good quality Baileys for the best flavor.
You can substitute the coconut or chocolate sprinkles with nuts if desired.
