This Apple Pie Granola features a delightful blend of oats, walnuts, and spices for an irresistible flavor. It’s easy to make and perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack!

- 2 1/2 cups old fashioned roll oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup apple, peeled, cored & cubed
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cubed apples.
- Pour in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla into the mixture.
- Stir until the oats are well coated with the mixture.
- Spread the granola onto the lined baking sheet in an even layer and press down gently with a spatula.
- Bake for 22-28 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Let the granola cool before breaking it into clusters.
Notes
This granola is great with yogurt or as a snack on its own.
You can store the granola in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Feel free to substitute walnuts with your favorite nuts or seeds.
