Description

Apple Cider Jello Shots are a delightful treat that combine the flavors of apple cider and Fireball whiskey. This easy recipe ensures a fun experience, making them perfect for parties or casual get-togethers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup hot apple cider
  • 2/3 cup fireball whiskey
  • 1/3 cup cold apple cider
  • 2 packets unflavored gelatin (0.25 ounces each)
  • whipped cream (optional garnish)
  • red apple slices (optional garnish)
  • cinnamon sugar (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cold apple cider with unflavored gelatin, stirring gently until moistened.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit for 3 minutes to let the gelatin bloom.
  3. Pour hot apple cider into the bowl and stir until the gelatin dissolves completely.
  4. Add Fireball whiskey and mix until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into shot cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, and red apple slices.

Notes

For an extra kick, adjust the amount of Fireball whiskey to your liking.
Ensure the jello shots are well-chilled for the best texture and flavor.
These shots are great for parties; consider doubling the recipe for a larger crowd.
