- 7 eggs
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 340°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, mustard powder, salt, and pepper until the mixture is fluffy and pale yellow.
- Distribute the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions among the cups of the molds or small bowls.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese in the molds.
- Cook in the air fryer for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring halfway through after 7 to 8 minutes, until the eggs are set. They will continue cooking slightly when removed. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
