Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and cracked pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the chicken and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Spritz the air fryer basket with non-stick spray and arrange the chicken in a single layer, leaving space between pieces for crispiness. You may need to cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 8 minutes, shaking the basket gently halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
You can experiment with your favorite spices to customize the flavor.
These chicken bites are great served with dipping sauces.
