Description

This White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse is a perfect treat for any occasion! With its irresistible blend of white chocolate, cream cheese, and fresh raspberries, this dessert is easy to prepare and delivers a deliciously creamy flavor. Perfect for a quick dessert or a refreshing end to any meal!


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 4 ounces (112 grams) full-fat cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup (56 grams) white chocolate chopped and melted
  • 1/2 cup (120 grams) plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (60 grams) fresh or frozen raspberries mashed with a fork
  • fresh raspberries for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, being careful not to overmix.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and melted white chocolate with the same beaters until combined. Add Greek yogurt, mixing well, then fold in the mashed raspberries.
  • Gently fold in all but a tablespoon of whipped cream, keeping the mixture light and airy. Spoon the mousse into two serving glasses, or chill for up to 8 hours.
  • Top with the reserved tablespoon of whipped cream and garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.

Notes

This mousse can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 8 hours before serving.
For an extra touch, add chocolate shavings or more fresh raspberries on top as a garnish.
