Description
This Slow Cooker Reuben Dip brings a burst of flavor with soft cream cheese, corned beef, and Swiss cheese, making it ideal for a quick dinner or gathering with friends.
Ingredients

- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened (two 8-oz. pkgs.)
- 1 lb deli sliced corned beef or pastrami, roughly chopped
- 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¾ cup thousand island dressing
- rye bread
- rye chips and crackers
- French bread
- veggies
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a 4-quart or larger slow cooker bowl.
- Cook on LOW for 2 hours, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbling hot.
- Garnish with sliced green onion or parsley if desired. Serve with rye chips, crackers, or bread.

Feel free to adjust the seasoning based on your preference.
This dip can also be served in a bread bowl for a fun presentation.
