Description

This Sheet-Pan Sausage, Cabbage & Potatoes meal combines delicious smoked sausage, fresh vegetables, and a hassle-free cooking method, making it perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner. Its mouthwatering flavors and minimal prep time will surely delight any home cook.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch coins
  • 1 pound red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 head small green cabbage, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasonings

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Line a large rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil.
  • Spread the sausage coins, potatoes, bell peppers, and cabbage out evenly over the foil.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the sausage and vegetables, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings. Toss gently to combine.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender and everything is nicely browned. Serve immediately.
