Description

These Pizza Roll-Ups are a delightful treat that combines pepperoni, mozzarella, and marinara sauce, all wrapped in cheesy dough. Perfect for a quick dinner or snack, they are easy to make and deliver mouthwatering flavor everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices deli ham, roughly cut into squares
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • dipping sauce of your choice for serving
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 12×10 inches or ¼ inch thick.
  • Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a ½ inch border around the edges. Top with pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella cheese evenly without overstuffing.
  • Tightly roll the dough from the longer side and pinch to seal the seams. Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces using a serrated knife.
  • Place the rolls on the lined sheet pan, spaced about 3 to 4 inches apart.
  • Prepare the garlic butter by mixing together the melted butter, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Brush the tops and edges of the rolls with some of the garlic butter, saving some for later.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with the remaining garlic butter after removing from the oven. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Ensure not to roll the dough too thin to maintain its shape while baking.
Avoid overstuffing the rolls to prevent collapsing in the oven.
