- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425F/220C.
- Combine garlic powder, basil, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Coat the chicken breasts lightly with olive oil, then rub the spice mix generously on both sides.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes depending on size.
