Description

These Air Fryer Chicken Breasts are packed with irresistible flavor and made with simple ingredients. Perfect for a quick dinner or healthy meal, you’ll love how easy it is to prepare delicious, homemade chicken.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts – equal in size
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried thyme – or italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, dried thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel to help the seasoning stick. Brush the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the chicken.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 375℉ for 5 minutes. Place the chicken in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165℉.
  • Let the chicken rest on a cutting board or plate before slicing to lock in juices. Slice and serve!

Notes

Adjust the seasoning to suit your preference or use fresh herbs for a more vibrant flavor.
Ensure the chicken breasts are of equal size for even cooking.
Serve with your favorite side for a complete meal.
