- 4 chicken breasts – equal in size
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried thyme – or italian seasoning
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, dried thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel to help the seasoning stick. Brush the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the chicken.
- Preheat the air fryer at 375℉ for 5 minutes. Place the chicken in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165℉.
- Let the chicken rest on a cutting board or plate before slicing to lock in juices. Slice and serve!
