  • 1/2 c. chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. shredded gruyère
  • 1/4 c. shredded monterey jack
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. finely grated parmesan
  • pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 c. finely grated parmesan
  • 1/4 c. ricotta
  • 1 tsp. italian seasoning, divided
  • 1/2 c. pizza sauce
  • 1/4 c. mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded, finely chopped
  • blue cheese crumbles, finely sliced chives, finely chopped fresh parsley, and torn fresh basil, for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Cut each biscuit into four pieces and pinch the edges to form small balls. Arrange the balls around the edge of the baking sheet, creating quadrants in the center.
  • Brush the biscuit balls with melted butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan and garlic powder.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and mozzarella using a handheld mixer on medium speed until well mixed. Add in cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing, stirring until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, sour cream, gruyère, monterey jack, minced garlic, parmesan, crushed red pepper flakes, and ricotta. Stir in half the italian seasoning.
  • Spread the first mixture into one quadrant of the biscuits and top with the second mixture. Repeat with additional quadrants, layering with pizza sauce, pepperoni, and remaining ingredients. Lastly, add more mozzarella on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Once baked, garnish with bacon, jalapeños, blue cheese, chives, parsley, and basil before serving.
